Welcome to the YOFLOW Community!

My name is Sabrina Universal Lawton, and I am grateful to share a healing practice known as YOFLOW, inspired by my journey and faith. This form of moving meditation has emerged as a profound way to connect with oneself and foster holistic healing.

My personal experience leading to YOFLOW began in 2013, following a car accident that forced me to confront years of chronic physical pain rooted in spiritual and emotional challenges. Throughout this journey, I discovered that in order to receive generational blessings, it was essential to address and release generational curses. This process, guided by my faith in Jesus, has been transformative.

YOFLOW is crafted to facilitate a deep connection with one’s true self through dance, movement, and mindful breathing. It encourages a practice of gratitude and a sense of community that resonates beyond traditional religious settings.
